Job Candidate for Tampa Area

I've got a job candidate who used to work for me looking to relocate from Orlando to the Tampa area. The candidate is senior accountant/senior analyst level with Dynamics GP experience, bachelors, masters and part way through the CPA exam. I will happily vouch for their work ethic and experience. If you're looking for a candidate that you can plug in and put to work right away, email me at mpolino@gmail.com.

Dynamics GP as a Layoff Defense

My new article is up at MSDynamicsWorld.com. In it I take a look at how Dynamics GP skills and knowledge can be used as a layoff defense.

Microsoft, CareerBuilder.com and Dynamics Jobs

Microsoft and CareerBuilder jointly announced on Monday that they are teaming up to give Dynamics partners a discount of nearly 60% on standard pricing. They are offering both a full outsourced recruiting option and online tools. Details are here since you are perfectly capable of reading if you are looking to recruit Dynamics professionals. This gives us DynamicsCareers.com, the Job board of MSDynamicsWorld and now CareerBuilder as a places to find candidates and jobs.

I'd like to make it clear that I am quite happy with my job and not looking for another one. I say this since I know that Dwight reads this blog and I wouldn't want him to be confused about my status come next payday. If, however, you would simply like to send me money, that's different. In that case, call or email ... now.

Great Plains Job Opportunity in Orlando

I don't normally post job openings in this blog, but when you run the site, you get to bend a few rules once in a while. We have an opening at Transit Television Network in Orlando for an Accounting Supervisor with Great Plains experience. Our current supervisor is moving on to a new job, closer to her house and school while she works on her master's degree.

Everyone reading this knows how to follow a link so I won't post the full job description here, you can find it on Monster at this link . This person will report to me, so you might want to read my blogs before you apply ;)

We normally funnel all applications through HR but as an experiment, if you find this blog entry, send your resume to me directly using this email: acctsuper@mpolino.com and only this email. I will guarantee that I will look at your resume and that it won't get filtered by HR. No promise of a job, just a direct pipe to me.
