Weekly Review: GP 10+Citrix+Outlook Fix

There have been reports of problems with GP10+Outlook in a Citrix environment. The home page on GP 10 crashes. The typical response has been to remove Outlook but there may be another option. Word come from Michael Smith via the GP Newsgroup that the file lcmsg.gif found by default in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics\GP\Background\Images\ has a conflict with DirectX and that renaming the file to something else can solve this issue.

Since posting this originally, I've fixed this issue several time to the chagrin of network admins who are convident that a .gif file couldn't possibly be the cause.
