Via Andrew Brown at The eOne Dynamics GP Blog, Rockton is buying Winthrop Dexterity Consultants. Dave Musgrave of Winthrop went to work for Microsoft after the sale of their Advanced Security product in 2002. It's now part of the GP core.
His wife Jennifer then ran Winthrop while they continued to sell Omni Tools, Omni Price and Field Security. Don't forget about that really cool, GP looking website. The website is worth a visit just to see pins and palettes on the web! No announcements on either site so Andrew gets the scoop.
