Micrsosoft has a new article on Customersource titled Making Your VAR Relationship Payoff. Initially I dismissed the article expecting to be fluff, but after reading, there are some good points in there. However, the article works better if you haven't started an implementation yet. If deep in implementation and at your VAR's throat, this article won't help you, nevertheless, it's worth a read.
You will need Customersource access to get to it. Why they do that, I'll never know. You need this info, BEFORE you're a customer.
