It's been a good year for DynamicAccounting.net.
- We've more than doubled our registered users in the last 4 months of the year. We now have members in 29 countries, with about a third of our members from outside the U.S.
- By year end, users will have downloaded more than 2,000 of our Dynamic Sherpa videos. It's not Napoleon Dynamite Dance Scene numbers, but this is accounting software, so I'm thrilled with 2,000 downloads in about 5 months. Who knew a video on ODBC connections for GP would be the most popular!
- We've had visitors from more than 80 countries with Pakistan coming in second behind the U.S. for the most number of hits. Yep, Pakistan whipped the Canadians, Kuwaitis and Indians when it came to hits.
So what's up for next year?
- Podcasts - We'll finally get the podcast off the ground in early 2007 and should be podcasting from Convergence in March. The final branding is going to be GPRocks, with a direct link at GPRocks.net.
- Module Reviews - We'll be adding module reviews. We'll provide our perspective and you'll have a chance to add your own comments and ratings to various GP modules and 3rd party software. We're hoping to formalize some of the "have you ever used..." requests that float around by phone, email and the newsgroup. So this will be your chance to put your opinion out there for other users.
- Videos - The videos will continue but at a little slower pace. The weekly schedule we've been on will be tough to keep while adding the podcasts and review. Oh yeah and holding down a job!
- We'll continue to be All Dynamics GP, All The Time with live coverage of Convergence and coverage of GP 10, whenever it comes out.
We're looking forward to a great year with you.
