Weekly Dynamic: GP Knowledge Base Tips

I've wrestled with the GP Knowledge base. I've complained. I've blogged my complaints but I don't seem to get anywhere.
For those of you frustrated with the GP Knowledge Base, here's a few tips.
1) Don't hit enter to search. Click the GO button with your mouse.
Yes it's stupid, but hitting enter simply reloads the page. If you are doing multiple searches, your last search results will still show at the bottom of the page. If you click GO you get better results.
Searching for Service Pack and hitting enter doesn't bring up any results. Hitting go, brings up results. Amazingly the first GP service pack reference is result #10. The first 9 are for FRx, IM, Enterprise Reporting, etc. In the first 100 results, only the Spanish-Latin America SP for version 9.0 is referenced. So yes, search is still broken, but if you don't hit GO, you don't have a prayer.

2) There are too many choices in Select Module/Topic. If you can't figure out which module or topic, there is an All Modules/Topics choice. It's no longer the default and it may be off the page at the top when you click the drop down box. If you're stuck, try putting in your search topic and checking in all modules.
 3) If you are looking for service packs,  they have their own menu item on the left in CustomerSource. This is the fastest and easiest way to find them but it has it's own issues.
