Rethinking the Podcast Direction

Given the amount of work that it takes to schedule, record and produce the GPRocks podcast, I'm thinking about taking it in a different direction. I'm considering trying a topical format instead of the current guest-based format. I'm still thinking about what track to take so suggestions are welcome.
