There's a nice piece on a $1 billion company deciding to upgrade or replace GP and how that led to their discovery of the power of user groups.
Also Mariano Gomez has a nice piece on using the OLE container attachments for CPA and bank audits.
My own experience with the OLE container attachments is that its a nice feature that is 90% implemented but that missing 10% is painful. It's a lot of clicks to get an item in the container and since it's outside of dexterity you can't script it with a macro and you can't integrate to it. But I like the idea and the functionality works fine. Take a look at Mariano's article and see if this often overlooked feature is useful for you.
