Dave Musgrave has a nice post today on using conditional fields to show different logos on a Report Writer report. The key to this method is that the images have to appear in different places on the report. You can't layer two images on top of each other and switch back an forth but you could put one logo on the left of the page and one on the right and only show the appropriate logo.
