If you try to print an invoice batch and nothing happens there's a pretty good chance that the invoice has been printed before. Especially if process monitor doesn't show anything running. Remember printing to the screen counts as printing.
To fix this, simply pick the "Reprint Previously Printed" checkbox on the batch printing menu and your invoices will come out.
