For the BI junkies out there, the latest Technet Radio show takes a look at Microsoft's Operations Dashboard and how it's used to align technology and business goals around applications. I haven't listened to it yet but it's on my list for the next day or two.
While this may not be directly applicable to GP or Performance Point I suspect that many of the principles used will translate to other BI implementations. That's half the fun you know, taking something unrelated and seeing how it fits and can improve your world.
