He looks at the common reasons for customizing Dynamics GP and whether those reasons make sense. The funny part is that typically I agree with everything in the article but I'm in the middle of a project with some large customizations.
The fact of the matter is that sometimes there are constraints, whether they be organizational, industry or personnel that will mandate a customization. The point is that you should be really sure that you need a customization before you head down that road.
