It's apparently troubleshooting day here DynamicAccounting.net. We've seen RDP troubleshooting, index optimization and now we get some time with Profiler. Profiler is the primary troubleshooting tool for SQL Server and it's important tool when troubleshooting GP performance issues. SQL Server Central has a great introduction available for Profiler making it easy to start working with this critical tool.
