If you're a forceful, take charge kind of person this tip is for you. When logged in as SA an extra item, User Classes, appears on the Shortcut Bar. Adding a shortcut to a User Class automatically makes that Shortcut available to that User Class. Even better, users can't remove these special Shortcuts. This is a great way to ensure that a class of users has a consistent set of GP windows, smartlists, web pages and external shortcuts at their fingertips.
