Think About the End User

Steve Endow has a great post about how sometimes we end up in our own little world and it’s time to step out to where the client lives. I actually see this a lot with clients. They can’t generically explain what they do, they can only explain it in the context of their system. It comes out like “I process the invoice through the NCX10”. What does that mean? We do it to clients too and Steve talks about a recent experience.
