Steve Endow is now a fan of the new PartnerSource search and lets us know that in his post Is The New PartnerSource Search a Complete Dud?
In the past I’ve publicly offered to help grab someone from the Bing team or rival Google and tie them to chair until search is fixed in PartnerSource. I’ve talked to members of the team, nicely and …um… we’ll leave it at that. It gets better for a while and then it gets worse. Site search improves and Knowledge Based search gets worse. I have no answers.
I guess they could put a pretty background in back (a la Bing) so we’ll all feel better when we don’t get the results we want.
