The Next Dynamics GP Book…Maybe

Shane Hall of Reporting Central and I have this idea for the next Dynamics GP book. We think that there is room in the market for a book on true confessions of Dynamics GP consultants. We’re thinking of a collection of real world stories from road warriors, sales people, whatever.We’re looking for the stories that we all share around a hotel bar, late at night, at the end of a long conference.The idea is that we want funny and embarrassing stories. That story about missing the urinal and and flooding your pants right before a big sales presentation, we want that one. The story about the long walk of shame in your underwear from the Holiday Inn tower to the lobby in Fargo, we want that one. You know who you are. Send us the stories and we’ll figure out the rest.

Here is what we are thinking for a framework:

• We will collect, catalog and edit the stories.
• The best ones make it into the book.
• The stories will be published anonymously unless you specifically ask us to use your name. It should be more fun trying to figure who goes with what story.
• We know that many of these stories have been embellished over the years so we may technically publish this as fiction. That will also make some of the edits easier.
• No we are not sharing any royalties with you. Write you’re own $%^&*@ book!
