PartnerConnections, GPUG Summit and Social Media

I see some folks at this week’s AXUG conference are using Twitter, Facebook and Foursquare to communicate with attendees and losers those who couldn’t make it. I’ll be doing the same thing for PartnerConnections (#gppartners) and the GPUG Summit (#GPUG). Feel free to follow me if you want to know more or find me during the conference. I’ll be remote blogging as well as posting to these sites.

A couple of people have actually asked about speaker prep so I thought that I would tackle a question I get. Yes, I listen to music to get pumped up to speak. It’s usually the same song over and over again but it’s rarely the same song from one venue to another. For Convergence it was Skillet’s Awake and Alive. For the GPUG Summit it’s looking like it’s going to be BarlowGirl’s Come Alive. Fortunately for all of the attendees I don’t sing.
