It’s common to see vendors not marked at 1099 vendors when they should be. In Leslie scenario though, we see the opposite. If a vendor is marked as a 1099 vendor early in the year and the 1099 designation is removed, 1099 amounts are still present in their record and may still generate 1099’s.
