We’ve looked at some PayPal stuff before but I wanted to add something else. Typically when paying via PayPal there is one email for making the payment. The vendor may have multiple emails for various contacts. One way to ensure that the right email is being used for PayPal payments is to dedicate an Internet User Defined Field to PayPal. This avoids any confusion.
To set this up:
- Open the Company Setup Menu in the Administration Area Page | Company | Internet User Defined.
- Change the appropriate User Defined Field to Pay Pal and Click Ok
Now PayPal is available on the Internet Information window.
