This tip comes courtesy of Zubin Gidwani and Traci Kellogg. If you want to put the name of your Excel worksheet tab automatically in the worksheet, you can use this formula:
=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,256)
You don't have to had anything or change anything in this formula, just type or copy it into a cell in Excel and it will fill in the name of that sheet's tab. I have no idea why this works but it does.
