I tend to be someone who constantly pushes harder for things to be better, especially when talking about process and technology. But instead of pushing, I want to stop and give and give a little credit.
The MS folks have a nice blog aggregation setup around Convergence at ConvergenceBloggers.net and when I complained about the ALL rss feed not working, it was fixed very quickly. As I look through the bloggers on the site, the CRM folks are everywhere! They really seem to have embraced blogs as a way to evangelize and improve CRM. Nice job so far everyone!
