My New Years Wish for GP

I have some New Year's wishes for the GP team. Just some things I'd love to see improved in the new year. The best part is that none of them involve an end user software upgrade!
1) Fix the KnowledgeBase search on CustomerSource - Don't make excuses. Don't tell us how to search better, just fix it. Kidnap someone from the Windows Live Search team and put them to work. Buy a Google search appliance and freak out Balmer so he'll put resources on it. I don't care, just fix it.
2) Get more resources out from behind CustomerSource - I know you want to show the value of the support plans and walling off data behind CustomerSource is part of that. But too much general information that a user might need to make a purchasing decision is hiding behind the CustomerSource login. Free some info.
3) Improve the Community - The Newsgroup is great but newsgroups have their limitations. There's no subcategories, threads can be hard to follow, there's no RSS, etc. I have to use Google to build an RSS feed for the Dynamics GP group. Something is wrong there. How about some modern forums breaking out development, the core and third party software? How about RSS to follow threads with?
4) Turn Loose Some GP Bloggers - Look at what blogging has done for Office and for Vista. Satya Nadella has a blog but he only seems to blog around events like Convergence. I know you're busy Satya but so is Richard Edelman and Marc Cuban, yet they manage to blog more than once a month. Turn loose Char Gust or Matt Gustaphson. Give us some mid level people, let us into your head so we can be out in front of things as customers. This item was on last year's wish list. Hopefully we'll see it in 2007.
