Thank You to Dynamics GP Support

I struggled with a Business Portal 4.0 (GP 10) implementation recently and I wanted to publicly thank Lee Svienson, Kelly Youells and especially Sarah Purdy for their help.

Sarah was kind enough to camp out with me until the problem was solved and for that I am extremely grateful.

My only beef is that some of the KB's they sent to me don't come up when I search for the topics in the Knowledge Base, I had to have the number. But that's a topic I've covered before and I'll save any rants for another time. The human side of support was fantastic!

I owe any of you who come to Convergence a drink.
