Don't worry, this will not turn into a CRM site. However, after being pointed to the CRM Dilemma website, I was hooked. The site is not about the technology but about the logic, emotion and actions that happen around a CRM deployment from both the sales and management perspective. I have a little experience with CRM projects and from what I see, the info is dead on.
I think the key with this site is to use it to understand how to make CRM deployments better, not be frightened away from CRM.
